CIPS Institute Program Details

Monday, June 28th - Friday, July 2nd, local and neighboring Association members, along with real estate professionals from across the nation and around the globe will converge in Fort Lauderdale to take part in powerful learning, marketing and networking events – all designed with an international flair! Daily schedule includes continental breakfast, themed luncheons and afternoon snacks.

All five courses must be completed to apply for CIPS designation. They can be taken individually or as a package.

Five Days: $499 RAGFL members; $625 non-RAGFL members.

4-Day Members: $396 Non Members-$500
(for those who have completed Local Markets)

Individual Days: $125 RAGFL members; $175 non-RAGFL members.

Tuesday, June 29th 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Euro, transaction principles, foreign ownership, relationship building plus marketing and selling practices.

Global Real Estate: Asia, the Pacific Rim

Emphasis on cultural influences, economic trends of investment opportunities.
